As the Director of Business Operations, Kennetha's passion, enthusiasm and honesty will leave you feeling informed and supported as you take those first steps towards hope and healing! She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice which includes appointment scheduling, coordinating clinician schedules, answering billing inquiries, filing insurance claims, and registering clients for upcoming groups and workshops. She also manages the marketing and promotional efforts of the practice including web management, social media marketing and coordinating special events. She confers regularly with the clinical director to ensure seamless organizational operations between clinical and administrative staff.

 

Kennetha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business and Masters of Science in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University. A consummate multi-tasker, it is Kennetha that maintains the practice's flow. In  December of 2017, Kennetha decided to take a leap of faith and pursue her position as the Director of Business Operations full time.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
