Nichole is a licensed professional clinical counselor who approaches therapy from a strengths-based model.  Nichole believes that people are incredibly resourceful and have the capacity to change, but may need some guidance and insight to do so.  Nichole is also a skilled therapeutic advocate who helps manage the difficulties associated with grief, loss, and other major life transitions.  Nichole is a Gottman Trained Therapist, which is a practical, emotion-focused, and highly effective approach to marriage counseling.  Nichole is also certified to administer the Prepare-Enrich Assessment for pre-marital and married couples.

 

In 2010, Nichole earned her Master’s degree in Counselor Education from the University of Dayton.  Since this time, Nichole has been providing therapeutic services in various settings throughout Central Ohio, including private practice.  Nichole received her Bachelor’s degree in Community and Human Services from Empire State University. 

In her spare time, Nichole enjoys spending quality time with her husband, sending funny group texts to her adult children, reading biographies, cooking, and nurturing her plants.   Nichole counts it an honor to join the clinical staff at Key Counseling and Consultation.
