Terrance Tufts is a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Ohio. Originally
from Cleveland, Ohio, he earned his Bachelors in Psychology from Kent State University. He earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor.


Terrance prides himself on using empathy to connect with clients. His passion for
assisting clients from various backgrounds to assist them in coping with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, men’s issues, minority issues and other common disorders.

 

As a clinician, he feels that building connections with his clients is essential to the therapeutic alliance and helping clients reach their treatment goals. He has worked in various treatment settings including Adult Day Programs, School-Based Case Management, and Adolescent Residential Treatment. Terrance is experienced in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person Centered, and Existential Therapeutic approaches.
 

Terrance enjoys engaging in mentoring youth and volunteering. He also enjoys gaming,
reading, strength training, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
